At Pet Jungle, our goal is to deliver quality pet products quickly, safely, and transparently.
Please review the following details on how we process, ship, and deliver your orders domestically (U.S.).

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you haven’t received your tracking email after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@petjungle.store.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for addresses in the US.
To use this service:

          Enter your address during checkout.

You’ll receive an email with real-time tracking once your order is on the way.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (U.S. Orders)

We ship all U.S. orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

          Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after processing.

          Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

          Shipping is  FREE on all orders.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states except Hawaii and Alaska.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Sales & Use Tax Notice:
As Pet Jungle is headquartered in Romania and does not have a U.S. tax nexus, Sales Tax is not collected at checkout.
Depending on your state of residence, you may be responsible for self-assessing and paying applicable Use Tax to your state tax authority.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ESTIMATES


Standard shipping: 1-7 business days.

All transit times are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do NOT ship Internationally, we only ship in the U.S.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

          The item is unused,

          In its original packaging, and

          Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@petjungle.store with:

          Your order number,

          A photo of the issue, and

          A short description.

We handle such cases individually and always aim for a satisfactory solution — replacement, store credit, or full refund where applicable.
