If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right with a fair and transparent Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet-care items (for example grooming tools, feeders, or pet beds) may only be eligible for return if they are unopened and unused.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Digital goods (downloads, e-books, or subscriptions)
Perishable goods (food, treats, supplements, flowers)
Final-sale or clearance items
Personalized, engraved, or custom products
Opened or used hygiene-related items (pet brushes, bedding, bowls, grooming tools, collars, etc.)
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@petjungle.store with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for return
Photo evidence if the product arrived defective or damaged
Once your request is approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions and the correct return address based on the product.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
If approved, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund..
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if:
They are defective or damaged, or
You received the wrong size, color, or product.
To request an exchange, contact info@petjungle.store before returning the item.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Pet Jungle will cover return-shipping fees.
7. International Consumer Rights Notice
We comply with international e-commerce laws and consumer protections:
🇺🇸 U.S. Customers
Returns and refunds follow U.S. federal and state e-commerce guidelines.
Due to our business location in Romania, we do not collect U.S. Sales Tax; customers may be responsible for self-assessing Use Tax under state law.
Products must be returned to the address provided in the return authorization email.
🌍 Other Regions
Local consumer-protection laws apply and will be honored wherever required.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
